SVS, at its option, will repair or replace any equipment showing such defects for a period of one year from date of purchase by original buyer. This warranty covers equipment which has been properly installed and used. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, nor failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or faulty installation.

SVS, makes no further warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event will SVS be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including damage to any surrounding equipment.
