RETURN
OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

1)
|
All returns must have an RA number issued by SVS.
Original invoice number and a description of the
problem must be included. |

2)
|
Freight on all returns must be prepaid. No collect
freight returns will be accepted. |
|
3)
|
Any equipment returned but found not defective
is subject to an evaluation charge of $10.00 to
a maximum of $100.00. |
|
4)
|
Advance replacement of a defective item requires
a new purchase order. Credit will be issued on returned
items after verification of Warranty defect. Items
will be returned to customer with evaluation charge
if no defect is found. |

5)
|
Warranty repairs & replacements will be done
at no charge and returned to customer prepaid. |
|
6)
|
NON WARRANTY repairs are subject to repair charges.
Customer will be notified prior to repair only for
estimated repair charge over $50.00, unless customer
requests an estimate prior to repair. |

RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE |
|
1)
|
There is a 10% restocking fee or maximum of $100.00
on all returns due to customer ordering error, exchange
for different item or order cancellation after shipment.

2)
|
No returns accepted on discontinued products or
products ordered with special modifications. |
|
3)
|
All returns for credit must be in new and unused
condition with original packaging. |
